Wedge Gate Valves are designed and manufactured to ensure volatile organic compound (VOC) leakage is less than 100 ppm (parts per million). Extensive baseline laboratory testing, including static and cycle tests, has been conducted to establish critical design parameters for achieving low-emission sealing in both the stem packing and bonnet gasket areas. Additionally, an in-house testing procedure is regularly performed to verify that the Wedge Gate Valve consistently meets the maximum 100 ppm VOC leakage standard before shipment.
