The Pneumatic Actuated Butterfly Valves Factory offers high-performance valves designed to API 609 standards. These valves feature a concentric design with a stainless steel body (ASTM A351 CF8) and are available in DN50 (2 inch) size with a pressure rating of PN16 (Class 150 LB). Equipped with wafer ends for easy installation, these valves provide reliable flow control.

The Wafer Concentric Butterfly Valve is designed to ensure a bi-directional pressure seal, preventing backflow in unidirectional flow systems. It achieves this through a precision-machined valve face, tightly fitting seal, gasket, and o-ring. The valve body features threaded inserts on both sides, allowing installation with two sets of bolts without nuts. Positioned between two flanges, each side is secured with a separate bolt set, enabling one side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other.
