The ASTM A182 F304 Gate Valves Factory produces high-performance gate valves with a stainless steel body, adhering to API 602 standards. These 2-inch (DN50) valves feature a pressure seal bonnet design, ensuring excellent sealing under high pressure. Rated at Class 1500 LB and PN250, they offer durability and reliability. The valves come with butt welded ends, facilitating easy installation in piping systems.

Pressure Seal Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in full compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. Featuring a compact yet robust design, these valves are ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge offers low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi for a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet versions, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise value, with a strength-welded body-bonnet joint for dual leakage protection. The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, a leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy maintenance.
