The ASTM A182 F304L Gate Valve Plant offers high-quality cryogenic gate valves designed for extreme low-temperature applications, such as handling LPG and LNG. Cryogenic Gate Valves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. They feature a compact yet robust structure, ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature cryogenic applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet configurations, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a specified value, then strength-welded to the body, offering dual leakage protection through both threaded and welded joints. The fully guided wedge minimizes seat surface wear. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout design for easy replacement.
