Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. Featuring a compact yet robust design, these valves are built for high-pressure and high-temperature service.
An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge provides low friction and extended service life. Packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, ensuring a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and tightened to a precise torque value, with the body-bonnet joint strength-welded to deliver double protection against leakage.
The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces, enhancing valve durability. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and packing blowout protection for easy removal and replacement of packing material.
