The Bellows Sealed Gate Valve, manufactured as per API 602 standards, features a forged carbon steel ASTM A105N body for enhanced strength and durability. Designed for 1/2 inch (DN15) size and rated for Class 800 LB (PN130) pressure, it is equipped with socket weld ends for secure, leak-free connections. The bellows seal ensures reliable leakage prevention in critical applications.

Bellows Seal Gate Valves are designed and manufactured to meet international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202, ensuring reliable performance in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. These valves feature a compact yet robust design, with an optional solid CoCr alloy wedge that provides low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, ensuring a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to an engineered torque value, while the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage. The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces, enhancing durability. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and packing blowout for easy removal of old packing.
