Plunger Metering Pump Description

The Precision Plunger Metering Pump is engineered for precise flow control and high-pressure dosing, capable of handling pressures up to 50 MPa. Featuring a liquid end with a ceramic coating on an SS 316 piston, it ensures durability and resistance to wear. The plunger packing seal is made from PTFE and compressed by an SS316 gland ring, providing a secure, high-pressure seal with minimal leakage for extended service life. This pump can be mounted both vertically and horizontally using the JSX motor. It also offers multiplex gearboxes, allowing one motor to drive multiple pumps, with a robust pump base for stable operation. Ideal for use in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, light industry, agriculture, and defense, this pump offers reliable and efficient performance in demanding applications.
