The valve features integrated forging, combining the valve body process and instrument piping into a single compact unit for enhanced strength and reliability. Its high-performance valve cap is designed to prevent stem blowout, ensuring safe operation under high pressure. The valve integrates a needle-shaped ball valve structure with needle valve diversity, providing versatile flow control options. An optional extended valve body is available to meet insulation distance requirements. Additionally, it includes a traceable release port with plug for added safety and traceability. Every valve is subjected to a 7 MPa nitrogen sealing test before delivery and a 5% nitrogen gas test at 1.5 times the rated working pressure, guaranteeing leak-tight performance and operational integrity.
