The Single Block & Bleed Monoflange Valve Supplier offers a high-performance valve with a duplex stainless steel body made from ASTM A182 F51 material, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. These valves are available in custom sizes. With a pressure rating of Class 600 LB and PN100, they can handle high-pressure environments. The valve features RF flanged ends and FNPT connections.

The Monoflange SBB Ball Valves are engineered to replace traditional multi-valve setups used in pressure-measuring systems. The valve body is made from an integrated forging process, combining the process and instrument piping into a single unit. The high-strength valve cap design prevents the valve stem from blowing out. The ball valve features a needle-shaped design and can be combined with various needle valves. An extended valve body is available for insulation purposes. Each valve includes a traceable release port with a plug. Every valve undergoes a sealing test with 7 MPa nitrogen gas and a second test with 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure before being released from the factory.
