Key Specifications / Features
The Stainless Steel SS 316 Needle Valve is a through-type valve designed for precise flow control in high-pressure systems, with a pressure rating of 10,000 PSI. It features socket welding end connections for secure and leak-free installation. Available in customized sizes, this manual operation valve ensures reliable performance and durability in demanding industrial applications.
Forged Body Socket Welding Needle Valve
The forged body socket welding needle valve is designed for high-pressure and high-temperature environments, where sealing surfaces are exposed to harsh working conditions. To meet these demands, cobalt chromium tungsten is used for the sealing surface material, providing excellent performance at a reasonable cost. In the open state, the valve seat and valve disc do not come into contact, reducing mechanical wear on the sealing surface. This design also allows for easy repair or replacement of sealing components without the need to remove the entire valve from the pipeline. The valve is ideal for applications where the valve door and pipeline are welded together, and it changes the flow direction of the medium as it passes through.

Product Features
High-Performance Valve Needle: The needle is treated with special technology, ensuring high hardness, durability, and resistance to damage.
Reliable Sealing: Compression sealing gasket nuts are specially designed to enhance the reliability of the external seal, preventing leakage.
Protection Against Fluid Entry: The connecting nut between the valve core and body is positioned behind the sealing gasket, preventing fluid from entering the nut area and ensuring a good external seal.
Non-Rotating Valve Core: The non-rotating valve core structure eliminates rotational wear between the valve core and body. The valve core and seat only move vertically, keeping the sealing line in a fixed position during each switch, improving sealing tightness and prolonging the valve's lifespan.
