Wenzhou, China – SEVEN VALVE GROUP (SVG) announced the full commissioning of 20 new high-performance horizontal machining centers at its seventh production base in Wenzhou. The equipment upgrade represents a RMB 50 million investment to enhance precision manufacturing capabilities for complex valve components.

The new machining centers feature automatic pallet exchange systems and AI-driven process control, reducing production cycle time by 20% and improving component precision to ±0.005mm. This upgrade enables SVG to meet the growing demand for high-end valves in nuclear power, aerospace, and semiconductor industries, where tight tolerances and reliability are critical.

“ This equipment upgrade is a key part of our ‘Intelligent Manufacturing 2027’ plan,” explained by Jack Liu. “It strengthens our ability to produce valves for ultra-high pressure (up to 42MPa) and cryogenic (-196°C) applications, expanding our service scope in the global high-end valve market.”
