The Pressure Seal Globe Valve is engineered according to BS 1873 and ASME B16.34 standards, designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service, making it ideal for use in fossil fuel power plants. Unlike traditional bolted bonnet valves, the pressure seal design offers superior sealing reliability, providing a more compact, rigid, and cost-effective solution for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The valve is designed with two openings for medium flow, oriented in the same direction at a 180° angle, ensuring optimal fluid movement.
For extended durability, both the seat and disc sealing surfaces are overlaid with iron-base alloy, cobalt-base alloy, or carbide alloy. For larger valve sizes, a main disc and vice-disc configuration is used to reduce operational torque and improve seat tightness performance, ensuring long-term reliability.
