Key Specifications / Features
The Carbon Steel Full Lift Safety Valve, manufactured according to API 526 standards, features an ASTM A216 WCB body for strength and durability. With a 2-inch (DN50) size, PN16, and Class 150 LB pressure rating, it provides reliable overpressure protection. The valve is equipped with RF flanged ends for secure connections.
The Spring Full Lift Safety Valve is designed for systems where the discharge is relatively simple, and the pressure may range from atmospheric to a maximum of 10% of the set pressure. It is ideal for applications with small discharge capacities, large back pressures, and stable system pressures. The valve’s sealing surface is available in two designs: flat and conical surfaces. The discharge area is calculated based on the cylindrical or conical surface formed between the valve disc and valve seat. For systems with constant back pressure, the valve should be set at the differential pressure.
