The SS 904L Sleeved Plug Valve is a soft-sealed, high-performance valve designed to meet API 6D and API 599 standards. Constructed from SS 904L, this 6-inch, DN150 valve is rated for Class 300 LB and PN50 pressure. It features RF flanged ends for secure connections and is operated using a handwheel for precise control.

The unique 360-degree metal lip protection fixed card ensures that the valve has no cavity to accumulate the medium. The metal lip in the rotary plug provides a self-cleaning effect, making it suitable for sticky and scaling-prone working conditions. The valve supports two-way flow, offering more convenient installation. Sleeve-type soft sealing plug valves are commonly used in corrosive, highly toxic, and hazardous media environments where leakage is strictly prohibited or where the valve material must not contaminate the medium.
