The Bolted Bonnet Swing Check Valve Plant produces high-quality swing check valves in compliance with API 6D standards. These valves feature a stainless steel body made from ASTM A351 CF8M, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Available in a large size of 16 inches (DN400), they operate at a pressure rating of Class 600 LB and PN100. The valves come with raised face (RF) flanged ends for reliable connections.

Universal Cast Steel Check Valves are designed and manufactured to international standards such as API 6D, BS 1868, and ASME B16.34. These valves minimize flow resistance and pressure drop, making them suitable for horizontal installation only. The lapped and screwed-in seat ring ensures a tight shut-off and long service life. The valve disc is precisely engineered for automatic shut-off at zero pressure. Featuring a compact structure and low-emission service, swing check valves have a bolted cover and a free-swinging clapper that responds to flow conditions. For heavier disc weights, dampers or counterweights can be added to prevent chattering.
