We supply Aluminum Bronze Wafer Check Valves with a dual plate design, adhering to API 594 standards. These valves feature an ASTM B148 C95800 body, offering robust performance. Available in an 8-inch (DN200) size with a Class 150 LB (PN20) pressure rating, they ensure reliable backflow prevention in various applications.

We specialize in manufacturing wafer check valves. The design features a central vertical pin shaft. When the valve opens, the fluid's force is concentrated on the center of the disc's sealing surface, while the counter spring's support force acts on the disc's center. This ensures the disc's base opens first, reducing wear on the sealing surface seen in traditional valve designs and improving the durability of the valve seal. The wafer check valve operates automatically, opening and closing based on the flow of the medium, and is designed to prevent reverse flow.
