China Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate Valves Factory manufactures API 602-compliant forged carbon steel gate valves with RTJ flanged ends for high-pressure sealing. These 1-inch (DN25) valves are constructed from ASTM A105N material, rated for Class 1500 LB (PN250), and feature a handwheel for precise operation. Designed for steam, oil & gas, and power applications, they ensure reliable shut-off in extreme pressure and temperature conditions.

Pressure Seal Gate Valves are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or equivalent. They feature a compact yet extremely robust design, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi to provide a highly reliable seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to an engineered torque value, and the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded. This offers double protection against leakage through the combination of body, bonnet threads, and strength-weld. The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces. Optional designs are available with double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.
