We manufacture 5000 PSI Swing Check Valves with a carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB body, featuring a full port design for unrestricted flow. These 3-inch (DN80) valves meet NACE MR0175 requirements, ensuring resistance to sulfide stress cracking. They are equipped with NPT threaded ends for easy installation and reliable performance in demanding applications.

This top-entry swing check valve is available in ductile iron, carbon steel, and aluminum bronze, with sizes ranging from 1 Inch to 4 Inch. Stainless steel discs come as standard. The Series D features an improved design that simplifies bonnet removal. With its patented Hinge-Works feature, this valve offers extended service life. It is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and plumbing. The Oil Field Check Valve is particularly ideal for oil and gas production lines where backflow prevention is critical. Offering simplicity and easy repairability, the swing check valve allows for top-entry access to the valve internals. Its primary function is to prevent backflow in the pipeline.
