The ASTM A182 F316L Y Strainer Plant specializes in producing high-quality Y strainers that adhere to the API 602 standard. These strainers feature a forged stainless steel body made from ASTM A182 F316L material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. With a 1-inch diameter (DN25) and a pressure rating of Class 800 LB and PN130, they are designed for high-pressure applications. The strainers have female national pipe thread (FNPT) ends for easy installation and integration into piping systems.

The Forged Y Strainer features a simple structure, low flow resistance, and easy discharge. It is typically installed at the inlet of various systems to remove impurities from the medium, ensuring the reliable operation of valves and other equipment. This type of strainer adopts a bolted bonnet design, where the valve body and cover are connected by bolts and sealed using a spiral wound gasket (304 stainless steel with flexible graphite) or a metal ring. Standard filters use 18–30 mesh per inch, but custom mesh sizes are available upon request.
