The Basket Type Strainer is a pipeline filtration device designed for the efficient removal of solid impurities from process fluids. It features a robust structure comprising a main pipe, connecting pipe, filter basket, flanges, flange cover, and fasteners. As fluid flows into the strainer through the main pipe, solid particles are captured in the filter basket, while the cleaned fluid exits through the outlet.
Maintenance is simple and user-friendly—by unscrewing the drain plug at the bottom, draining the fluid, and removing the flange cover, the filter basket can be taken out for cleaning. After reassembly, the strainer is ready for continued service, ensuring minimal system downtime and operational efficiency.
