The ASTM A182 F11 Gate Valve is made from forged alloy steel and complies with API 602 standards. This 3/4-inch, DN20 valve is rated for Class 2500 LB and PN420 pressure classes, ensuring excellent performance in high-pressure systems. It features a bolted bonnet design for secure assembly and easy maintenance, with socket welded ends for reliable, leak-proof connections.

Forged Steel Gate Valves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or equivalent. These valves feature a compact yet extremely sturdy design, making them ideal for high pressure and high-temperature applications. An optional Solid CoCr Alloy Wedge ensures low friction and extends the valve's service life. The packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, providing a high-integrity seal.
For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to a specified value, and the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage (body, bonnet threads, and strength-weld). The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces, enhancing durability.
Optional designs are available, including double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.
